Fish Seasoning – For all White Fish


With its delicate, earthy flavour, Great Northern Larder dry rub for fish is the perfect seasoning for white fish – simply mix with flour and salt and use as a batter or coating. Shallow or deep fry.

Or mix with breadcrumbs for oven baked fish.

Or just add salt as a rub for barbeque or grilled fish. Can also be used as a Cajun seasoning and is fantastic on prawns and shrimps.
