The Sahara Poultry Roaster can be used to roast any whole poultry to perfection. Simple add water, beer, wine, juice and spices to the central cup and place the bird over it, this will add extra flavour to your BBQ chicken / poultry. If you remove the central cup from the roaster it makes a fantastic vegetable grill basket.
The roaster is made from high quality stainless steel and is durable and easy to clean.
